All sales are final.
Because each order is made specifically for you, we cannot provide refunds or accept cancellations once payment has been processed.

If you are running late, please notify us. We will do our best to accommodate, but freshness and quality may be affected.

While we take great care to prevent cross-contamination, this is a home-based café environment and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free space.
